The Sweet Treat Company we offer a comprehensive returns policy as we want to ensure that your Sweet Treats add a little sparkle to your life and therefore in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with sweets, please follow the returns procedure below, failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Please be aware that The Sweet Treat Company cannot be held responsible and hence provide refunds/exchanges on stock effected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received, goods being stored in climatic conditions such as extremes of temperature that can effect some items and damage by third parties - however we will seek to get apologies and compensation. In addition please be aware that during particularly hot spells of weather goods in transit can be effected by extreme heat so please be aware items of a delicate nature such as chocolate may not always look as pictured, but they will still taste the same.
The Sweet Treat Company should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory at the address below or via email INFO@sweettreatco.co.uk. Quoting your order reference and name.
1- Once we have responded to your message goods must be returned within 7 days by recorded delivery. Note - if The Sweet Treat Company are at fault we will of course also refund your postage costs immediately.
2- Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice.
3- Once received items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where suitable. Due the perishable nature of goods on sale The Sweet Treat Company cannot issue refunds on simply unwanted goods. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The Sweet Treat Company will only except goods for return and refund/exchange if supplied by us and will only refund the costs of fair return postage and original sale price of goods. No additional compensation will be available on goods returned other than that already stated, as The Sweet Treat Company are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred after costs of goods and returned postage.
